Contemporary Rock Meets Industrial

Another awesome, Rock style apartment designed by Buster+Punch!

Buster+Punch’s bespoke design is prevalent here with their fantastic amalgamation of industrial style with contemporary rock n roll. The metal work is unique, intruiguing  and a fantastic display of how furniture and lighting design can work cohesively in a fantastically edgy composition.

We love their armchair and light-in-one design!

If you like their work, we have featured earlier this year a funky, character filled South West London Edwardian Apartment, click here to check out the imagery and article.

Edwardian Apartment with London Flair

Designed by Buster+Punch, this gorgeous, character filled South West London Edwardian Apartment has been totally renovated to create this fabulous amalgamation of the traditional Edwardian features and sophisticated, vintage/loft style decoration.

Many of the vertical walls are glass which effortlessly divide and unite each room, accompanied by dark colors, hues of taupe and classic wood paneling alternate throughout the space to give it a rawness and warmth. The stone and timber floors are the perfect backdrop for calf skins carpets, many of the furnishings are fabricated in solid brass and leather upholstery.

Buster+Punch have done a stunning job balancing these features through their bespoke design of lighting and furniture to create a warm and intriguing apartment in the heart of London, this is definitely a style that they are renowned for.

Drift House in Port Fairy, Victoria

My dear friend Denise shared this beautifully designed home on the coast in Victoria, Australia which was recently featured in Broadsheet Melbourne, and I thought it would be lovely to share on our Blog too!

Drift House, in Victoria’s Port Fairy ‘the world’s most liveable community’ is a gorgeously designed and renovated coastal property, which is now a weekend holiday rental for design savvy visitors who are after a relaxing and rejuvenating coastal break.

The House boasts 4 very private and entirely self-contained suites each with it’s own contrasting and individual design… I love how they sum up Drift House on their website:

To some people Drift House is a boutique Hotel, to others a B&B and some a retreat. The label doesn’t really matter. Put simply it is a place to stay, relax, celebrate, unwind, love, laugh, drift and help you find your luxury.”

With such wholesome and bespoke design, Drift House is as down to earth as it can be. Rooms are approx. $295 to $325 a night.

Hope you manage to visit one day!
